What this app does

A quick overview before you log in.

Whatsapp Automation is built and operated by DTS Software. If you choose to connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Google Contacts (names and phone numbers) for one purpose only: letting you pick who to send a WhatsApp message to. We never edit, delete, or share your contacts, and you can disconnect that access at any time — see the Privacy Policy for full details.

The short version

This is a bulk WhatsApp messaging tool. You log in with an account your administrator created for you, connect your own WhatsApp (the same way you'd link a device on WhatsApp Web), write one message, choose recipients, and it sends that message to each of them one by one.

Connecting WhatsApp

You scan a QR code with your phone, exactly like linking a new device in WhatsApp. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp account — this app doesn't have its own messaging identity. Each user account has its own independent WhatsApp connection; nobody else using this tool can see or send from your linked device.

Choosing recipients

You can build your recipient list three ways, and combine all of them:

Type numbers manually, comma-separated, with country code.
Connect Google Contacts (optional) to pick people straight from your address book. Once loaded, your contacts are cached so the app doesn't need to re-fetch them from Google every time you open it — you can refresh the list on demand.
Save a group — turn any selection of numbers into a named, reusable group. Groups can be edited later (add or remove numbers) without retyping the whole list.

Sending

Messages go out one at a time with a short randomized delay between each, and you get a live progress log showing what was sent and what failed (for example, a number that isn't on WhatsApp).

Accounts

Accounts aren't self-service — an administrator creates your login (name, email, mobile number, company, password) and you sign in on the main page with your email or mobile number. See the Privacy Policy for what's stored about you and the Terms of Service for acceptable use.
