The service

Whatsapp Automation is built and operated by DTS Software. This app lets a logged-in user send a message to a list of phone numbers through their own linked WhatsApp account, and optionally pull recipients from their Google contacts. Access is provisioned by an administrator — there is no public self-signup.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of every message you send and for who you send it to.
• Only message people who expect to hear from you or have otherwise consented to be contacted. Don't use this tool to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassment.
• You're responsible for complying with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service, Meta's policies, and any applicable local laws around electronic messaging (for example, anti-spam or telemarketing regulations) for every message you send.
• Keep your login password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

How this app connects to WhatsApp

This app connects to WhatsApp the same way WhatsApp Web does, using an unofficial library rather than WhatsApp's official Business API. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp actively restricts automated or bulk messaging on personal accounts, and using this tool carries a real risk of your WhatsApp number being temporarily or permanently limited or banned by WhatsApp — independent of anything this app does. Use it at your own risk, in moderation, and only for messaging you'd be comfortable doing manually.

Google Contacts access

If you connect Google Contacts, you're granting this app read-only access to your contacts through Google's own consent flow. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google Account settings, independent of this app.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Message delivery depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, Google) that can change or fail without notice, and this app cannot guarantee delivery, uptime, or that your account will remain connected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this deployment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app, including but not limited to WhatsApp account restrictions, message delivery failures, or data loss.

Account termination

Your administrator can suspend or delete your account at any time, for any reason, including suspected misuse of the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
